Realty Arena was founded in 2011 providing professional valuations, sales and rentals in the commercial, residential and industrial property market. “We are a boutique Realty house by choice,” giving devoted attention to each transaction, enabling us to treat our clients, with the same passion and integrity that they deserve. Operated by Dean Garzancich, a charted appraiser to the high court and former Director to one of the oldest Realty houses in South Africa. He has been in the industry for over eighteen years and has gained an ethical reputation, assisting companies and private individuals in their valuations, advise on their portfolios or acquiring and disposing of their property investments, either by private treaty or auction.
