Realty Professionals opened in April of 2011, and was started by Al Phillips; a past broker/owner of a Realty Executive branch located in Rochester, Michigan. Before owning his own Realty Executive brokerage for three years, Al worked for Century 21 Town and Country for eight years where he was one of their top agents the entire time. Before he was a real-estate agent he worked for Snap-On Tools, a highly competitive sales business, where Al excelled. He is also the owner of BRS Properties; a very successful property management company servicing Southeast Michigan. The office is located on 21 mile road and Van Dyke. Their unique selling proposition for consumers is the fact that Al is so experienced in every aspect of the business. The unique feature for agents and consumers is the fact that this is a small, independent company. Turnaround time will be faster, fees will be less, and the red-tap of bid companies will not be there.
