By fusing the classical Pilates techniques and the RMT method we achieve a dynamic workout on a Reformer and Tower equipment using your own body resistance. The revolutionary at REALZ: Are our Reformer, Tower Mat and Spring Mat classes, which shape you and straighten your posture, build your “self confidence” and give you inner stability. In small groups up to 5 participants we are glad to accommodate your individual needs.
