We are a custom design, engineered wood building company. In 1978, after spending many years perfecting the process of applying wood truss technology to other building components, such as wall and roof brace panels and special columns, Lloyd Reaves was awarded Patent #4,468,218 for his invention. This tradition of innovation and progress has lead Reaves Building Systems to develop four styles of totally engineered buildings that use this exclusive technology: The Reaves (RB-R), the Modified Reaves (RB-MR), the Silas (RB-S), and the Douglas (RB-D). Reaves’s innovation is matched only by its quality. Because every component is designed and assembled in-house, Reaves controls every aspect of the manufacturing process.
