Rebekah Cilia

Rebekah Cilia is a building services engineering consultancy and projects firm that provides clients with a complete solution for their building projects. We deliver to our clients a full range of services, including consultancy on any building services system - from electrical installations to HVAC, to ELV and fire systems. We also serve as project managers on the same systems, working with outside contractors, or with contractors, we have partnered up with. This involves organising project logistics and preparing any documentation required. Rebekah Cilia also provide certification for PA permits for fire, ventilation, and lighting, certification for any ventilation system required, as per legislation, or guidelines, as well as Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). On the construction aspect, Rebekah Cilia provides the services of a Site Technical Officer (STO), in line with the Legal Notice 136 of 2019. Rebekah Cilia also give assistance and advice for post-permit, pre-construction processes and documentation, necessary as per the new legislation. The consultation also extends to issues with third-parties, which are looked into both from a technical and legal perspective, combined.
