I’m an independent talent scout specializing in the needs of modern agencies. My areas of expertise include Technology, Experience Design, Strategy, Production and more. I spent most of my career in advertising as an in house recruiter at Leo Burnett, CP+B and Ogilvy & Mather. My specialty has always been sourcing and attracting talent. I pride myself on having developed a reputation for locating the candidates nobody else can seem to find and connecting them to the job of their dreams. As an agency recruiter I never encountered a staffing agency that had the sourcing and relationship building abilities my hiring managers and I needed. I was always more successful at locating superior talent on my own. So I set out on this venture to try and be the kind staffing source that I never encountered, but wished I had. I pride myself on truly understanding the culture and nuances my hiring managers value, and leveraging that to find the best fit.
