Rebel Base Collective

Rebel Base Collective (Pty) Ltd is a multidisciplinary design studio located in Johannesburg, South Africa. The studio aims at finding and exploiting the overlaps of different fields of design, from built architecture to the digital arts, making it a one-stop design workshop. We do this through a collaborative process with most talented and passionate fabricators and creatives. There is no scale too large or small for us! Whether it's large scale conceptual urban design, finding your business' graphic identity or bespoke art installations and furniture design, Rebel Base will provide a unique and timeless product of the highest quality. We achieve this by carefully understanding our clients' briefs and working rigorously through all work stages from concept to fabrication. In addition to our array of design expertise Rebel Base Collective aims to become a pioneer in designing new spaces for infrastructural and social development. Through in-depth environmental and socio-economic research we identify opportunities and challenges in these fields and propose projects which respond socially, are aesthetically and spatially beautiful, environmentally sustainable and come within budget.
