Rebel Maverick

Rebel Maverick was founded in 2014 by multi-hyphenate, actor-screenwriter-producer, Matt Nicholas. Rebel Maverick was formed to produce feature film, television, and digital media content that resists traditional standards and conformity, featuring complex characters and stories in a variety of genres. We produce narratives that are thematically compelling and also prestigious in nature. Our projects cater to multi-cultural and universal audiences via an array of voices. We focus on storytelling mediums that empower people of color, women, LGBTQ, and other marginalized groups of people. We aspire to be a part of the "change" in the entertainment industry, by promoting inclusion and diversity and dispelling otherisms and bigotry. We embrace all forms of material that forward and champion our cause.
