From opaque pricing to lengthy transaction cycles, and less than optimal terms due to scarcity, the secondary market is often challenging to access for investors, founders, and employees alike. All of these factors have affected our own potential in the space. Our team, with deep roots in data technology and private markets, recognized the need for a one-stop solution that would simplify and democratize this market.
