At Rebul Custom Packaging we manufacture Recyclable, Reusable and Robust Packaging solutions. We produce a unique Paper Honeycomb protective packaging system with similar load carrying and impact resistance properties to timber crates, but entirely paper based. With a 70% weight saving and no need for fumigation, freight costs can be considerably reduced, particularly when exporting components. Given the high intrinsic value of your products, it is essential that the risk of in-transit damage is significantly reduced, without incurring extra costs. We believe that we are able to provide a solution for this, by custom-designing the right crating product to suit your specific requirements. We furthermore also supply and manufacture Paper Honeycomb and Honeycomb Sheets in differing thickness depending on application. Currently we supply Art, Decor, Glass, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Internal door manufacturers, Kiosk manufacturers, Point of Sale manufacturers and Freight Forwarders. Our Rebul Product is patented in the UK, France, Italy and Germany with a US patent in progress.
