Recalibrate Therapy, PLLC is the private psychotherapy practice of Mike Krepick, LICSW. My spacious and modern counseling office is located in Seattle, at intersection of South Lake Union, Downtown, Belltown, & Queen Anne neighborhoods: 2200 6th Ave, suite 604, Seattle, WA 98121. I counsel people who strive to excel and do good in the world. Though generally successful, they sometimes struggle to keep up and feel ineffective, overwhelmed, or isolated. They make it through each day but recognize things aren’t quite right and worry they are one crisis away from collapse. Sometimes they cope in unhealthy ways. Then something big happens: a relationship deteriorates, job relocation, promotion, marriage, baby, parenting challenges, personal loss, finances lag, family emergency, divorce, spiritual crisis, trauma or distress about past trauma. I love helping clients recalibrate in difficult times and transitions. Informed by 12 years of intensive counseling experience, including 8 years at Harborview Center for Sexual Assault & Traumatic Stress, I offer a calm, caring, strategic, and good-humored approach. Together, utilizing innovative therapy techniques, we initiate important changes to help you manage the challenges, achieve balance, and grow. You may have thought about starting therapy for a while.
