Recall Solutions was founded in September of 2008. We offer 3 primary services to dental practices throughout North America: 1) Appointment Confirmations, 2) Overdue Recall Scheduling, 3) Unscheduled Treatment Scheduling. Recall Solutions was founded on the principle that if a dental patient receives a phone call at a better time of day (when they aren't so busy), they are more likely to answer their phone, schedule an appointment, and remain an active patient of the dental practice. With the growing trend of automated systems, we have found a way to automate this task for the practice but to keep it personal and intimate for the patient.
