Our Story The idea certainly didn’t come to fruition all at once; it first started on a beach in Thailand over 10 years ago. One Recruiter, disillusioned by the traditional recruitment model, imagines something different. In its infancy, there was a small collaboration of recruiters working together until covid hit. That moment of disruption became a turning point. With nothing to lose and everything to build, Recco was born. Our Vision Let’s make it clear, we are not a lifestyle business.
