Receivers and Liquidator’s, Inc.(“R&L” for short) was incorporated in April 03, opening its main office in the heart of the bustling business district of Ortigas Center, Pasig City. For the first four (4) years of its corporate life, R&L was heavily involved in the liquidation and/or rehabilitation of several insolvent/bankrupt entities on behalf of the Regional Trial Courts, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the Phil. Deposit Insurance Corp. and the Securities and Exchange Commission. As part of its functions as either an appointed receiver or liquidator, R&L was engaged in asset location, recovery, and disposition as well as human resource management. In the year 2004, R&L shifted its focus to debt and asset recovery/collections to conform to the ever changing demographics and needs of its clientele: from initially working for insolvent/bankrupt commercial banks and companies, R&L’s services were more often secured by ongoing commercial banks, and non-bank financial intermediaries. At present, the company has branch offices in Baguio City, Cebu City, and San Fernando City Pampanga. The company believes in a streamlined operation. Thus at any given time, the total manpower complement is only a little more than 100 personnel. But they are all duly armed with the equipment, facilities, knowhow and motivation to do what is incumbent upon them: to be your fast, reliable and efficient partner in asset location, recovery and disposition, as well as in data gathering, handling and safeguarding.
