RCI has been in operation since 2003. Our team is grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing and being. We are an award-winning firm leading in culturally responsive evaluation, research, mentoring, project management and training. We are committed to a strengths based approach with both communities and organizations, that encourages participation and collaboration in accordance with our Vision, Purpose, and Guiding Principles. Vision: To contribute to the ongoing wellbeing, self-determination and nation-building in Indigenous communities through storytelling and leadership. Purpose: To witness the work in Indigenous communities and steward those stories in a way that is relevant, responsive and contributes to systems change. To work with and reciprocally mentor Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in transformative program evaluation, decolonizing research, values-based governance, and life-long learning. To centre Indigenous-led advocacy work that creates sustainable healthy communities by building pathways to reconciliation through anti-racism education, intersectional and equity focused approaches, and action planning.
