Executive Search - Board Advisory I advise Chairmen, Chief Executives and Boards of publicly listed and privately owned companies as well as public institutions on their leadership needs. This includes Executive Search at Board level and Board Advisory. In Board Advisory I am acting as a sounding board for highly exposed executives as well as supporting them shaping and developing their leadership approach and structures of companies accordingly. In executive search my main focus is on finding Chairmen and other non-executive directors, Chief Executives, Chief Financial Officers and other executive directors. My aim is on the best talents to cope with the dynamicly changing environment of the markets.
