We are a small, boutique private practice providing evidence-based, compassionate, and holistic counseling services. Each of our clients is unique. Our goal is to meet folks where they are in their healing journey and develop individualized care and support. While our combined three decades of experience has given us expertise in the areas of various addictions, disordered eating, and trauma, many of our clients come to us seeking support during life transitions and wanting to reconnect to their true selves.
