Reclaiming Us

Reclaiming Us seeks to create a community for equity and inclusion practitioners. We want to break the narrative that we have to be twice as good to get half as far. We prioritize self-care, emotional resilience, and learning for black women, people of color and other folks from historically marginalized backgrounds who are often in these roles. We believe that for companies to achieve true inclusion and belonging, they have to retain and invest in their DEIB professionals. Through workshop facilitation, speaking engagements, and leadership and executive coaching, we are your partner in progress.
