WHO WE ARE? A new online platform for sharing and reusing legal knowledge to automate legal work. OUR SOLUTION We make massive claims of any amount profitable through a technology that allows lawyers to provide a complete end-to-end legal service (from the moment the user downloads our app until the compensation is paid to the claimant and lawyer collects his fees). Based on the full traceability of the entire claim process achieved, we can extract reliable data from the interactions of all actors involved in the claim (communications and writings drafted and sent across our ecosystem). From this data we create a legal knowledge which provides the necessary insights (i) to forecast the success rates of the legal claims that are intended to be filled and (ii) automatically replicate the best legal arguments to win the case. WHAT WE DO? FOR the claimant: Claimant wins the claims in 98% of the cases and automatically collects the compensation, once discounted:(i) the contingent fee agreed upon between the claimant and lawyer;(ii) the affiliate’s commission rate for bringing the lead. FOR the lawyer: Lawyer can manage a large volume of claims easily and without mistakes. We allow lawyers to use our application to:(1) Manage their clients’ claims in their own online environment (white label);(2) Share and reuse legal knowledge with other lawyers of their choice (white label); or (3) Manage Reclamaclick users’ claims (Marketplace service). HOW WE MAKE MONEY? Reclamaclick is a (SaaS) platform that charges a subscription fee for the use of its technology based upon the number of claims managed by our lawyer SaaS subscribers (only counting those claims in which lawyers have been hired). We allow lawyers to 1) to use our application in their own environment to manage their clients' claims, 2) to use our application to share and reuse legal knowledge with other lawyers of their choice or 3) to use our marketplace service to manage Reclamaclick's users' claims
