Reco Ai Workspace For Interviews & Candidate Reporting

ReCo is a SaaS product that streamlines how recruiters conduct interviews, and write candidate reports. Most tools split these steps apart. ReCo connects them into one continuous workflow — built around how recruiters actually work. Before interviews • Clarifies role priorities and nuances to inform better sourcing and alignment During interviews • Live transcript minimizes manual note-taking • CV, job brief, questions and notes — in one view After interviews • Generates structured candidate reports in your format • Supports candidate-role evaluation for highly nuanced placements Recruiters using ReCo report: • 50–80% less time spent writing reports • Lower mental load across the week ReCo weaves AI into your workflow — not as a new system to learn, but as infrastructure that quietly supports you at every step. Not another AI tool — an Iron Man suit for recruiters: Less admin. Fewer tools. More clarity. And augmented abilities across the entire flow. Built for: • Solo recruiters and headhunters • Boutique and executive search firms • Direct-hire and permanent placement teams ReCo is not just a tool. It's an upgrade to how the whole process feels.
