We are a small boutique consultancy helping payment companies navigate the regulatory landscape and align their people, processes and technology with PSD2 and the Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) in Europe. As well as introducing proven delivery partners we are able to assist with the tender process and help identify key 'gotchas'. We have in-depth understanding of the BaaS domain and understand the pitfalls of trying to offer a product to multiple customers that must be regulatory compliant and at the same time be flexible enough to support their customer offering and associated risk appetite. There is no 'One Size Fits All' model for BaaS and risk cannot be delegated without effective and flexible controls in place.
