As his ‘Magnum Opus’, R e C o n. P a r t n e r s, is the culmination of Michael Wilson's decades of vast experience in both real estate and construction, hence the name ‘R e C o n’. Growing up in the Portland-Metro Area, Michael first embarked on his construction career in the early 80’s while attending West Linn High School. Beginning as a laborer/apprentice and then gradually working his way up into eventually owning multiple construction companies many years later. Similarly, Michael launched his career as a beginner in the real estate industry shortly after graduating from the University of Oregon in the early 90’s. He has since been an owner/partner of multiple real estate companies and still is today. “We are a hybrid real estate, construction and investment firm dedicated to crafting win/win relationships for ALL of our partners.
