Recorem is a NY-based hiring platform building on GPT 3.5, ZK and Polygon (soon multichain) that helps Web3 companies find qualified candidates beyond job boards through untapped events and communities. We are the only platform where the candidates own their data and get 35% of the revenue when their data is monetized. Our unique business model will be the key factor that will disrupt Web2 giants like LinkedIn as LinkedIn generates $6B per quarter and none of their users are rewarded for their data. We launched paid beta this Feb, have a few paying customers and 20+ community partners with a reach to 150K+ web3 professionals worldwide. Our bootstrapped team consists of experts in Web3 & deep tech hiring, platform engineering, blockchain and data science.
