Recycled Sushi is the parent organization overseeing RS ConOps. As RS ConOps, we provide basic event safety, security and behind-the-scenes management, line and crowd control. RS ConOps provides services catering to fannish non-profit community conferences/conventions/events. We provide full event management services for small non-profit and for-profit fan-based media and non-media conventions and events, supplying everything from conception and execution to event security staff, event registration staff, event management backend and frontend staff, and all associated services down to Marketing, Publicity, website management and strategy.
