Red Cove Capital, LLC "RCC" is a residential focused investment management company that invests with developers, owners and operators across the country (residential defined as affordable, student, market rate and for sale). RCC provides a range of senior, bridge ($50mm min -$150mm), mezzanine, preferred ($13mm min up to $250mm), joint venture equity ($35mm min up to $300mm) and GP capital to finance a variety of multifamily transactions including portfolio restructures, acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancing, repositioning and development. Over the past 15 years the principals have invested in over units, in excess of ~100 deals across ~50 different partnerships nationally with over ~$2.0 billion of capital invested.
