Red provides reliable, high‐quality, cleaning, grounds maintenance & waste services for residential estates. Working solely for Block Management clients – focusing on our three core activities: cleaning, grounds maintenance and waste removal, we have developed industry leading quality, response times and relationships. WE UNDERSTAND Working solely for Block Management clients, we understand their unique needs and those of residents (tenants and leaseholders). We also work closely with leaseholders who are elected as Directors (RTM). OUR VALUES Our strength is our people. We are strong believers that personality, behaviours and values are key to service success. All other skills can be developed through our structured training and development programmes. PERSONAL AND PROACTIVE Preferring a personal approach to quality and client satisfaction, we hold monthly site visits with property managers and residents. Working with our partners on everything from two-unit blocks to high-rise central London developments, you can rely on our bespoke, high-quality approach. A GROWING PORTFOLIO Our portfolio of homes has grown organically through our strength of service and values. This has been made possible through our direct delivery approach. We never rely on subcontractors, preferring to train and develop our people in house to uphold quality. A FAMILY BUSINESS As a family business, we ensure our managers and directors stay close to the action – providing the same personal service as our Managing Director did since he began in 2007.
