Red Foundation

A social enterprise promoting and supporting voluntary action Red ran from 2006-2011 before being merged with another agency. Red Foundation was one of the first social enterprises in the UK to focus on volunteerism and social action. During its five years Red provided training and consultancy services to a wide range of local and national charities, government departments and companies, helping them to work with and engage with volunteers and communities. Red also funded and launched the first version of ivo.org, a social network connecting people who want to change their world. ivo.org relaunched as an independent venture in 2012 after the Red Foundation merge.
