I’ve spent the better part of my 25+ year career (and counting!) working in various transformation and continuous improvement leadership roles. While my early years were deeply rooted in finance and audit, I was fortunate to be able to explore other areas of business as well, such as technology, customer experience, human resources, merchandising, supply chain, corporate governance, and so on.
