Founder: Qiao Zhang. A marketer's mind, a coach's heart, an actor's soul. As a Chinese female working in Germany 8 years, I have ventured through different industries and lived in different countries. Trained as an ICF coach and Gallup Strength Coach, I am keen on helping females to discover and use their unique strengths, discover more career possibilities, become the leaders they want to be and find fulfilment and joy, even far away from home. Theatre to me is a magical space where emotions, movement, sound, light and stories work creatively together to create unique moments. Being an actor triggers my keen observation on human nature, helps me release my innate curiosity, creativity and spontaneity. And I am very keen on bringing such creativity, playfulness and spontaneity into the workplace. Why is it called Red Koi? Koi Fish are rich with symbolic significance, in Asian cultures, such as: Tenacity: koi fish are determined fighters, they keep climbing rushing streams and waterfalls until they reach their destination. Uniqueness and Non-Conformity: Koi fish also symbolize a willingness to stand out from the crowd. Their determined nature embodies both creative self-expression and a fighting spirit. Transformation: Ancient Chinese legend tells how a koi fish succeeded in climbing the Yellow River falls near Dragon Gate and then became a dragon. Thus, koi symbolize evolution, growth and transformation. Luck and Abundance: Koi fish are associated with financial advancement and success. Their elegant forms and radiant colors convey richness and bring luck & fortune into your life. I would love to help you to see your uniqueness and express your authentic self.
