Red Pine Outdoor Equipment is a Canadian wholesale distributor offering outdoor retailers one-stop shopping and prompt, courteous service. Red Pine was established in 1990 by Bob Bowins. From small beginnings Bob grew Red Pine by ensuring that each and every product carried met his high standards. Even today Bob tests almost all of the new products we introduce, making sure that they are durable, functional and good value. He continually uses Red Pine’s products on his many river trips – the Thelon, Nahanni, Wind, Bloodvein and the Petawawa, to name a few. Bob’s family has always been supportive of the company’s growth. His boys have grown up with Red Pine—getting involved in both the business and the enjoyment and appreciation of the outdoors that Bob encourages. Today, Red Pine Outdoor Equipment occupies two warehouses and an office storefront. We have over 750 customers across Canada.
