Red Stone Village

The Redstone Village - a name that is native land, Konkan’s proud. Most structures in the village are made of red stone - the native stone that is called 'Jambha' in Konkan. Jambha the laterite Redstone is a Konkan native - rugged, strong and a rich, rusty red in color thanks to the presence of iron oxides in it that are a result of intensive and long lasting of weathering of the parent rock. The Redstone village as it is called, is an echo of the Konkan heritage showcased in its mesmerizing richness - a beautiful mélange of thick, green vegetation, golden sands, the blue waters and the quintessential Redstone of the area.'The Redstone Village' is a confluence of ultra-modern architecture and the characteristic Konkani architecture - both with a common history etched in red stone. The Redstone Village at Dive Agar houses NA Plots of sq ft with a breathtaking sea view and Half Acre Agricultural Plots with an incredible view of Karla Dam backwaters. The Village has cozy cottages for members to vacation in along with a group accommodation large enough to accommodate 25 people. It has a Clubhouse, Conference Area, Restaurant and an Infinity Swimming Pool too.
