With the successful management of multiple large-scale residential projects in excess of 10 residential units per project, RedCubed’s management have extensive experience in managing multiple professional teams across multiple projects at the same time. Every project tends to be in different stages of their respective life-cycles and thus highly complicated in nature with different stages of planning, design, construction and handover taking place at the same time on each project. With RedCubed’s innovative development management approach of facilitating task driven processes with precise and accurate communication and information flow, projects are managed in a proactive approach to mitigate and manage risks. RedCubed is well qualified in the identifying of project related risks associated to the development and overall management of residential properties during completion and hand over. RedCubed’s Town Planning services are leveraged on management’s 11 years’ experience in advising and successfully obtaining the town planning approvals for large-scale mix-use developments with more than 20 residential opportunities to date.
