Patricia Reder, C.Med (chartered mediator) has been mediating family disputes since 1998, specializing in helping couples to separate / divorce, in a warm, non adversarial and confidential environment. Her specialty lies in helping separating and divorcing couples reach fair and reasonable resolutions pertaining to parenting plans, child and spousal support and division of property. Reder Property Management serves both landlords and homeowners alike. For landlords of residential homes to large apartment buildings, Reder Property Management will advertise and screen prospective tenants by conducting extensive tenant checks prior to the commencement of the tenancy.
