Founders Ed & Steph Rennie, both Chartered Surveyors, share over 25 years’ experience across the UK commercial property market. Having qualified as a Building Surveyor, Ed provides Redside’s principal consultancy service. With a holistic and commercial understanding of the investment, development and asset management process, Ed advises clients on all aspects of Building Surveying and Project & Cost Management. Spanning the full investment cycle from identification and acquisition through to development and onward sale, his services are wide ranging and highly adaptable to suit the client brief. Ed has extensive experience in project & cost management for the development and refurbishment of hotel & leisure, office, retail, industrial & distribution sectors throughout the UK. Depth of technical knowledge, breadth of experience and strong leadership skills, in conjunction with the ability to engage and empathise with all project stakeholders are Redside’s key attributes which enable the effective negotiation, management and successful delivery of complex and challenging projects.
