Redux Movement Solutions

Redux Movement Solutions provides mobility training at company or department wide levels on subjects surrounding flexibility, injury prevention, and longterm joint health. The intention is to give people practical knowledge and routines that undue much of the unseen damage sitting, stress, and lack of movement has on the body throughout the workday. We believe the best health care is found in an individual's capacity to apply good habits and discipline to prevent disease and disorder. We teach concepts, movements, and routines that anyone can apply. Online memberships are available at an individual or company wide level.
