As a wellbeing strategist, we use coaching and employee engagement tools to give instant feedback to businesses. These 1:1's result in the employee feeling listened to and the employer having evidence based information on how the teams' feel about the business, and their wellbeing. As coaches we are passionate about individuals finding their voice and their confidence to make the positive changes in their life they are looking for. Coaching can be used for tangible goals - such as a career change or running a marathon, or intangible goals such as Imposter Syndrome, resilience building, confidence and self awareness. Because of the nature of coaching we coach all ages and all professions. We am currently coaching clients aged 15, on confidence, resilience, communication and self awareness, and senior managers on strategies at work and imposter syndrome."Working with Emma was like flipping a switch, she helped me look at some blockers and the sequence of events that took place that impacted my confidence and has given me the ability to step away and put some tools in place to reframe and get back to a more confident way of working.
