For more than seven years, REDZ INC has had a major impact on the lives of more than motivated young people and their families both physically and virtually. Our success rate in comparing year-over-year metrics for 2018-2019 program we executed under my leadership indicates that positive outcomes are indeed achievable. On Report Cards: 66% of all "C" and below scholars increased a full letter grade in Math and English Language Arts. 42% of scholars improved attendance by an average of 7 days. 40% of scholars improved tardiness on days they had a REDZ INC program by an average of 9 days. REDZ INC have leveraged community assets with local libraries, credit unions, community based, New York State grant initiatives and professional organizations in order to provide Art and Character Development programs to students in Kindergarten to High School.
