Our network includes qualified therapists and coaches from a wide range of backgrounds so employees can connect with someone who understands their experience. Our virtual personal training program gives employees a fully personalised exercise and eating plan. Each plan is built around the individual’s fitness level, goals, and schedule. Employees receive ongoing coaching, nutritional guidance, and progress tracking to keep them accountable and motivated — all delivered remotely for flexibility and consistency. We help managers build confidence in supporting mental health at work through practical, evidence-based training.
