Reed Construction Company

Reed Construction Company is a 3rd and 4th generation custom home building company in Upstate South Carolina. In 1953, H. Cullen Reed, Sr. and H. Cullen Reed, Jr. built their first spec home together, and later diversified into custom homes, development, and real estate acquisitions. H. Cullen (Len) Reed, joined in the late 1970's bringing the company's focus back to custom homes. Upon discovering that a finely trimmed mustache and a catchy name were not a requirement for entry, Garrett Reed joined the family business in 2017, bringing experiences and principles from other "top of their industry" companies to the custom home market. Reed Construction Company specializes in custom homes, remodels and additions in the Upstate of South Carolina that require high attention to detail, creative solutions and hands on management.
