Since our founding in 2016, our mission has been clear: to inspire a new generation of consumers to think secondhand first. REFASH offers a seamless, end-to-end thrifting experience that makes sustainable fashion accessible to everyone. We’re proud to operate 25+ and counting physical stores across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong—making us one of the largest secondhand fashion chains in Asia. This growing offline footprint, combined with our online platform, gives customers an omnichannel experience to buy and sell preloved fashion easily and conveniently. With thousands of styles from beloved brands like Love Bonito, ZARA, COS, and Our Second Nature available at up to 90% off retail prices, we make it easy (and exciting) to choose secondhand. REFASH was born out of a simple observation by our founder, Aloysius: only 30% of his wife's wardrobe was in regular rotation, while the rest—still in great condition—was often discarded. This sparked the idea for a frictionless platform that would simplify both decluttering and thrifting, helping to combat disposable fashion culture. To date, we've saved over 8 million pieces of clothing from ending up in landfills. We continue to expand our impact through green partnerships with organizations like TWOOAK, Geneco, and others—encouraging our community to live more sustainably. In 2022, REFASH joined the Carousell Group, further strengthening our ability to scale across Asia and spread our message: Think Secondhand First.
