Refax

Refax is a group of Chilean origin, dedicated to the import and distributor of wholesale auto parts in Chile, Peru and Colombia. Belonging to the aftermarket industry, it concentrates the applications of its products in the light vehicle fleet. Its suppliers include the largest parts manufacturers in the world. Its commercial relationship covers imports from 17 different origins, which give the group an available stock of more than available items. The organization is made up of the largest team of experts in the industry, for each of its areas and in each of the market segments in which it participates. A strategic objective that Refax always seeks is to maintain a regional leadership in sales, always being at the forefront of online technology through e-Commerce, based on intelligent search engines with continuous improvement due to the Big Data created by the thousands of searches that are carried out daily by our clients throughout the region. Concerned about the quality of our customers, we present our products to the region through an electronic catalog that respects the language of the descriptions, product names, name of the car models and their respective year breaks by country. Being at the forefront of online technology implies studying the purchasing behavior of our customers and thus constantly reprogramming the intelligent algorithms of our search engines. We have created the largest technical database with the widest cross-reference between original part numbers and genuine or alternative manufacturers, accompanying the information with technical photographs of products, photographs of automobiles for each country, descriptions with measurements, displacement, motors, bodies, we have a regional master base that provides the best technical information service for each national market in which we have a presence.
