Our program aims to quickly onboard ambitious talents into the regenerative finance ecosystem, fostering entrepreneurship, technology, regulation, investment, and influence in driving the transition to a regenerative economy through technology. Led by the European Carbon Offset Tokenization Association and partnered with renowned organizations, ReFi Talents offers a unique learning journey. With a focus on self-study and guided Zoom sessions, participants will delve into topics like blockchain basics, ESG, DeFi, tokenization, and more. Through peer learning, sharing reflections, and co-creating content, participants will build their expertise and gain exposure to the vast opportunities in regenerative finance. Upon completion, ReFi Talents alumni have successfully transitioned to careers in the blockchain space.
