Refined Muscles

Refined Muscles is a NY-based personal training company that provides clients with a highly personalized and customized training program to allow them to achieve their fitness goals. In training, we take a strength-first approach; mobility is a function of strength, and cardio can be made more efficient when you're stronger. We work closely with our clients to build programming that complements their lifestyles; whether it be recovering from injury, balancing long hours in the office, or late nights with a newborn baby. Refined Muscles currently provides 1-on-1 Coaching (in-person and virtual), as well as Online Coaching (at your own pace).
