Reflecting Equity was founded after our CEO, Dr. Chrissy Stachl, showed that it is possible to make a STEM academic community more inclusive. We are dedicated to helping organizations foster inclusion and develop equitable policies and practices within their workplace. We accomplish this by using a data-driven approach that centers and elevates the needs of all community members. We understand that every organization has a unique historical narrative and thus faces different challenges. For this reason, we work with our clients to develop a plan for improving their culture that is tailored to their specific needs.
