Helping women reclaim energy, focus & clarity Reflecting Health is a physiotherapy and online wellness practice founded by Jackie Bollen in Wodonga, VIC. While we serve our local community, our main focus is supporting women across Australia through online programs and resources. Jackie is a physiotherapist with 9+ years of clinical experience, training in functional medicine, and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health and Neuroscience at UniSC. Our approach brings together three key elements: 🧠 Brain Balancing – Neurodevelopmental exercises to integrate primitive reflexes, balance brain hemispheres, and regulate the nervous system. 🥦 Functional Medicine Insights – Practical education on nutrition, minerals, environment, and lifestyle factors that influence fatigue, focus, and mood. Inner Work Practices – Journaling, meditation, and coaching strategies that build clarity, confidence, and resilience. Our flagship offering, the Functional Foundations program, is a 12-week online journey designed for driven women who feel burnt-out, scattered, or overwhelmed. The program combines weekly lessons, live group calls, reflective exercises, and practical tools - helping participants create sustainable health and energy from the inside out. At Reflecting Health, we believe true health is about more than symptom management. It’s about building lasting energy, calm focus, and a sense of purpose - so women can show up fully in their work, relationships, and lives.
