Reflective Conversations
We are a small-scale, joint initiative of the two of us- Asma & Serene-mental health practitioners providing individualized psychotherapy services through video sessions on one's recovery, self exploration and growth journey. We also work towards creating reflective group spaces and take up mental advocacy engagements to extend mental health awareness, fight the stigma and democratize mental health support within our limited capacity.
