Since 1992 we have been providing intensive management and executive training in three areas- Financial Management - Strategic Management - Risk Management for Banks For the past 28 years we have followed the same procedure – when a new management theory appeared, we tested it within our organisation. Only when we became convinced that it worked, did we implement it for our clients. Be it the Fifth Discipline, Gung Ho!(), virtual organisation, outsourcing, offshoring, outplacement, re-engingeering, Blue Ocean Strategy or some other usefull management technique or tool, we first put ourselves through the laborious change process to ensure it works smoothly. We are currently undergoing this change process again. We have been preparing for this for some time. We will begin with the renascence of our mission statement. This, in turn, will bind us to modify our business model. Once we are convinced the new model proves successful, only then will we begin marketing it to our clients.
