Regarding Her

She wakes up before her staff. She skips her own paycheck to make sure they don't skip theirs. She's the economic engine of her neighborhood. She creates jobs, builds supplier networks, and reinvests in the communities she feeds every day. And she's been doing it without the capital, networks, or institutional support that has always existed for everyone else. That's the gap Regarding Her was built to close. We are the only structured support ecosystem purpose-built for women small business leaders in food and beverage in Greater Los Angeles and Southern California. Our 1,415+ members, 72.2% women of color, collectively employ 82,500 workers, reach 14.6 million customers annually, and represent a $715M economic engine. We move neighborhood anchors from survival to scale through our C.A.R.E. framework: Capital, Access, Resources, and Exposure. In 2025, our members held a 19.5% closure rate against a 30% industry average. We hosted 37 free events and generated $1.1M+ through strategic connections. Our Women's History Month Festival activated 261 businesses across 25 LA neighborhoods, reaching 29K+ diners and generating $664K in community economic impact. When the LA wildfires hit, we mobilized $120K in emergency grants to 12 businesses. Every $10K granted generated $40,200 in local economic activity. 75% say it saved them from permanent closure. 96% of members say we built their resiliency. 78% report measurable business growth.
