Regenerate-Rise

Regenerate-RISE's mission is to eradicate isolation across the UK and believes that by working in partnership with local authorities, Churches, agencies and organisations, we can encourage and inspire others to provide services locally that will make a significant difference in the lives of isolated older people. Regenerate-RISE operates in 4 UK sites; SW15, Ealing, Nottingham and Sheffield providing care for the isolated elderly in the surrounding areas. Our service will provide older people with nutricious lunches, activities such as a sing a long to songs that they would remember and an opportunity to make new friends. Our service also arranges transport to the venue for the day to ensure that we reach those older people who are housebound through disability or who would normally be isolated. Our ongoing care means that we will provide home or hospital visits to the isolated elderly and support them with their personal needs as necessary such as doctors appointments. Our service will also promote voluntary roles in the locations and provide training to those people who want to be a part of our service, once the appropriate checks are complete.
