Contributing to Corporate resilience by hybridising the Procurement and Sales eco-systems around Value Creation and ESG. The return to value creation after decades of focusing on price reductions, and the management of sourcing and reputational risks, are becoming extremely complex in a world that is now multi-polar and uncertain. Being the interface of the business ecosystem, the procurement and sales functions are major contributor to risk management, Value Creation and to meeting and exceeding the ESG goals. To achieve these objectives, these function's operating model needs to evolve in order to integrate a systemic Value Creation and ESG performance approach. Inspired by agriculture, Regenerative Procurement and Sales are practices that consists in applying a holistic framework to restore the business environment. I have devoted my entire career to the Procurement function, in both operational and strategic positions, covering the entire spending spectrum. Over the last ten years, i have held the position of Group Chief Procurement Officer (CPO). I have worked for the FMCG (food, hygiene), construction, renewable energies, chemicals and cosmetics sectors. I was a Senior Advisor for the strategy firm Kearney, currently supporting Alix-Partners
